Real Deal on the Grand Sierra Resort
Ahhh... the familiar sights and sounds of a Hilton casino. Lots of machines, lots of tables... you can lose a lot of money here if you wish, in a variety of ways too!
Are the vibes lucky at Grand Sierra Resort?
It's the largest casino this side of Vegas a whopping 115k square footage of blinking, plunking, screaming and folding action. The Reno Hilton sportsbook is a monstrosity and it's attached to the Pylon Bar. Be sure to check the Video Poker pay schedules here, they're pretty random.
What casino games are offered at Grand Sierra Resort?
All your favorite games and more. Slots in every denomination, video poker, blackjack (2 deck - 6 deck), Craps (4x), Keno, PaiGow, Roulette, Three Card Poker, Let It Ride, Caribbean Stud and Speed Keno (for those grannies who's preferred gambling coctail of choice is crystal meth).
The Reno Hilton also offers a neato poker room - Hold Em, Stud, Omaha and Omaha Hi-Lo. Every year or so the World Poker Tour comes here for its Reno Hilton Open which last year was won by Paul Darden. If you plan on entering for the tournament (which is in March 2006) you might want to book your room now.
Does Grand Sierra Resort have casino comps?
The Reno Hilton has self service "Comp Yourself" kiosks. Simply slide in your card and choose your available perk. You do need to have a PIN number so don't worry that some knuckle head is gonna redeem your free buffet comp if you lose your card.
